ORDERS + SAFETY MEASURES
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be received the following Monday.
Packaged with care in a pet and smoke free home studio. For everyone's safety, we've increased disinfecting/cleaning of all work surfaces and wear safety masks and protective gloves whihle handling your parcels.
FULFILLMENT
Current processing time is an average of 5-10 business days from order date - excluding postage. Most orders are being processed within 3 business days.
If you require your pieces by a specific date please send us an email and we can advise if achievable.
MAILING DEMOGRAPHICS
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority in accordance with your zip code to the provided mailing address. Please ensure accuracy of your shipping address as orders cannot be modified at a later time.
We are not responsible for undeliverable and unclaimed mails.
SHIPPING
Olé Bijoux is a one-woman operation. We try our best hardest to ship in a timely manner, but we occasionally experience unexpected delays, especially around holidays.
Due to COVID-19 and changes in USPS system expect significant postal delays.
Orders ship on Saturdays via USPS First Class mail, followed by an email containing the tracking details. USPS electronic tracking status is provided if/when available. Please check back as information is periodically updated.
We do not on US Federal Holidays.
Upgrades can be added during checkout to be processed accordingly.
If you select 3-7 business days for shipping at checkout, please expect your package to arrive within 10 business days.
Please allow up to 5 business days for USPS to scan in your order. Tracking status might state "Awaiting Pre-shipment" for up to 5 business days, menaing your order has arrived at USPS but not scanned it in yet. There have been delays in tracking being updated and delays in some shipping (allow 72 hours to update).
Allow 5 business days for inquiries of orders marked “delivered”. It is recommended to check with your local post office or neighbors.
We are not liable for the post office scanning time, delayed in transit, or lost packages by shipping carrier.
Once parcels are dropped off to the post office, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc.
No refund nor replacement shall be issued on the above basis.

UPGRADE
If you prefer to expedite your shipping method, or would like insurance added, please inform us prior to placing your order, and we will add the fee to your shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL
Only to Canada. Any delivery outside of US may incur extra charges and prolonged turnaround time.
CANADA
Please note before buying, overseas shipping to Canada have been experiences great delays up to 50 days to be delivered.
Parcels ship via USPS First Class International Mail. Allow 10 business processing days, plus a minimum additional two weeks for delivery. However delays may occur due to many factors: weather, extra customs clearance time, such as including high mail volume, increased security, etc... USPS only offers tracking on packages within the United States. Keep in mind once your package leaves the States, we have no way of tracking it. Your best option would be referring to USPS for specifics.
CUSTOMS
Your parcel may be subject to a duty, customs, or VAT tax. You may obtain this information by contacting your local custom office or postal office. Customers are responsible for all applicable fees & any other tax authorities. Parcels will be labeled "OTHER", not "GIFT", as that is the law. We strongly encourage you to plan ahead if you need your order by a specific date. Customs may take several weeks/months. Unfortunately we may not give credit for shipping delays, nor guarantee arrival dates. Should your order not arrive within 30 days, a lost parcel claim will be placed with USPS. Investigation may take up to 30 days additional.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
All sales are final. No exchange or return for hygiene and health reasons.
Your customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there's something wrong with your order, such as:
Contact yourolebijoux@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, we'll work something out, and find a happy medium. Item must be unworn, damage free, unaltered in the original condition of purchase in order to accommodate with a courtesy exchange of an item of the same category & price, pending stock availability.
Shipping costs for exchange are the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar (sturdy with internal padding).
All returns must include signature delivery and tracking details. Request will result in a denial If criterias are not met.
Returns will be met on a case to case basis. No refunds or mail replacements to be issued on broken or damaged items while in your possession.
Please note we send out returns/exchanges 15 business days after receiving the original pair.
Accidents happen so if for some reason you break your earrings within 5 days of purchase, contact us email. We will review on a case by case basis and reply within 5 business days.
If they need to be remade the customer will be liable to pay the full price for another pair.
No Instagram DMs regarding orders will be accepted.
