Thank you for considering Olé Bijoux as a part of your project. Whether you are an emerging or established Fashion Stylist, Designer, Film Maker, Singer, or Artist, let's execute your narrative!

Terms and Conditions:

-Provide a signed “pull letter” to include the following:

• The names of the parties involved (model, photographer, designer)
• A description of each of their roles
• Details of the photo shoot (time, place, etc.)
• Detailed itemized list of the goods being borrowed, including the retail price (found on Olé Bijoux's website. Everyone should know the value of what is being borrowed!)
• Explicitly state who is taking financial responsibility for all damaged, broken, stolen, or lost items, including insurance coverage (if applicable)
• Share all photos/videos, including behind the scenes
• Credit Olé Bijoux when the photos/videos are posted online.  This includes all social media platforms, magazines, blogs, ad campaigns, films, theater, fashion runways, concerts, music videos, interviews, events, etc)
• State how long the items will be kept
• Provide return shipping date

-Communicate effectively with Olé Bijoux 

-Handle items with care at all times

-Return all items in pristine condition, in the original parcel or other padded packaging  

-Shipping is your responsibility, which varies by weight. An invoice will be emailed upon approval

-Requests are subject to approval. Please allow 5 business days for review
